Make easy, crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps using your air fryer for a fast weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size recommended)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat. Spoon one-fourth of the filling mixture down the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll the bottom edge up over the filling to create a sealed wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with cooking spray. This helps achieve crispiness.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  6. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch. You may need to cook in batches.
  7. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use medium-sized flour tortillas for the best crisping results; thick tortillas may not crisp evenly.
  • If your wraps start to unroll during cooking, secure them with a toothpick before placing them in the air fryer. Remove the toothpick before serving.
  • For extra crispiness, you can brush the outside of the wraps lightly with melted butter instead of using cooking spray.
