Make small, sweet biscuit bites in your air fryer for a quick, crispy snack coated in cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Remove the biscuit dough from the can and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside.
  3. Brush each piece of biscuit dough lightly with the melted butter on all sides.
  4. Place the buttered biscuit pieces into the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
  5. Air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the hot biscuit bites from the air fryer and immediately toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  7. Serve warm immediately for the best crispy texture.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the bites with cooking spray before tossing them in the sugar mixture.
  • If you prefer a softer bite, reduce the air fryer time by one minute.
  • Use parchment paper liners designed for air fryers if you are concerned about sticking, but ensure the liner does not cover the air flow holes.
