Make a quick, easy copycat version of the famous Big Mac secret sauce using common pantry ingredients. This sauce is creamy, tangy, and perfect for burgers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
  4. Taste the sauce after chilling and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Use the sauce immediately on burgers, fries, or sandwiches.

Notes

  • For a slightly tangier flavor, add an extra splash of white vinegar.
  • If you prefer a smoother texture, finely chop the relish before mixing it in.
  • This sauce works well as a dip for french fries or as a spread for wraps.
