Create a crowd-pleasing party sandwich inspired by the iconic Big Mac. These sliders capture the classic flavors with special sauce, pickles, and cheese, perfect for game days or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half horizontally to create two thinner rounds. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, ketchup, yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon pickle relish, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the beef mixture into small patties, roughly the size of your biscuit bottoms. Place one patty on top of each biscuit half in the pan.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the biscuits are golden brown.
  6. While the sliders are baking, prepare the special sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and chopped pickles.
  7. Once the sliders are out of the oven, remove them from the pan.
  8. Spread a generous amount of special sauce on the top half of each biscuit.
  9. Top each slider with shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an extra authentic touch, you can lightly toast the tops of the biscuits before adding the sauce and toppings.
  • Adjust the amount of pickles and onions to your preference.
  • These sliders are best served fresh, but can be kept warm in a low oven for a short period.
