Make these fast and flavorful buffalo chicken wraps using crispy chicken tenders and a creamy ranch dressing for a perfect quick lunch or game day snack.
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (your preferred heat level)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons butter (for warming tortillas)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss the crispy chicken tenders with the buffalo wing sauce until fully coated.
Warm the flour tortillas briefly in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 seconds per side, or until pliable. Brush lightly with melted butter if desired for softness.
Lay each warm tortilla flat. Layer the ingredients down the center: start with lettuce, then the sauced buffalo chicken, followed by the shredded cheese.
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the chicken and cheese mixture.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll the wrap from the bottom up.
Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier wrap, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the buffalo sauce before tossing the chicken.
If you prefer blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, substitute it directly in the recipe.
You can prepare the sauced chicken mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
