Ingredients
Scale
1 (17.5 ounce) package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Green and red sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package directions.
Unroll the cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls.
Arrange the cinnamon rolls in a circle on a baking sheet, with the swirls facing outwards. Leave a small space between each roll.
Bake according to package directions until golden brown.
While the cinnamon rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth.
Once the cinnamon rolls are baked and slightly cooled, arrange them on a serving platter in the shape of a Christmas tree, stacking them in layers.
Drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon roll tree.
Decorate with green and red sprinkles if desired.
Notes
For a firmer tree, let the cinnamon rolls cool completely before stacking.
You can use store-bought frosting if you prefer.
Add a star-shaped cookie or a dollop of whipped cream to the top for an extra festive touch.
