1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce onto the wider end of each triangle.
Top the cranberry sauce with a cube of brie cheese.
Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and pecans, if using.
Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, enclosing the filling.
Place the bites seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the brie is melted.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a touch of sweetness, you can add a drizzle of honey to each bite before baking.
If you don’t have fresh rosemary, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
