Ingredients
Scale
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (your favorite brand)
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons butter (for toasting, optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce until the chicken is fully coated.
Warm the tortillas slightly if you prefer them soft.
Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing down the center.
Layer with some shredded lettuce, the sauced chicken mixture, and a sprinkle of cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
If desired, lightly brush the outside of the wrap with melted butter and toast in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to control the heat level.
Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
Feel free to add celery or carrot matchsticks inside the wrap for extra crunch.
