Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
8 large flour tortillas
8 small flour tortillas (taco size)
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup taco sauce (optional)
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to the packet directions. Simmer until the liquid has reduced.
Warm the large flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Lay a large tortilla flat. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
Place a small tortilla over the cheese.
Spoon a portion of the seasoned ground beef onto the small tortilla.
Sprinkle with shredded Mexican cheese blend.
Top the beef with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
Add a dollop of sour cream and a drizzle of taco sauce, if using.
Fold the edges of the large tortilla up and over the center contents to create a neat, sealed package.
Place the folded wrap seam-side down in a dry, large skillet over medium heat.
Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
Notes
Sasha likes to add a dash of cayenne pepper to the beef for extra heat.
Anya suggests grating your own lettuce for a better texture.
