- 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled dry Rosé wine
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Triple Sec)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (optional, for topping)
- In a large pitcher, combine the chilled Rosé wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the sliced orange, sliced lemon, strawberries, raspberries, and grapes to the pitcher.
- Gently stir the fruit mixture into the wine base.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, taste the sangria. If desired, top with sparkling water or club soda for added fizz.
- Serve the sangria over ice, making sure each glass gets some fruit.
Notes
- Use a dry or semi-dry Rosé for the best flavor balance.
- Adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your chosen wine and fruit.
- You can substitute peaches or nectarines for the berries if they are in season.
