1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, drained
2 baby carrots, peeled and cut into small circles
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, chopped pecans, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the chopped parsley.
On a piece of plastic wrap, shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Once firm, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter.
To decorate the snowman:
Press the green olive slices into the cheese ball to create eyes and buttons.
Use the red bell pepper pieces for the mouth.
Insert a baby carrot circle for the nose.
Sprinkle the black sesame seeds around the cheese ball for a snowy effect.
Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
Notes
For a smoother texture, ensure your cream cheese is completely softened.
You can substitute other nuts like walnuts or almonds for pecans.
Feel free to get creative with the decorations – use other small vegetables or herbs.
