Whipped cream, for topping
Crushed candy canes, for garnish

Brew one cup of strong coffee. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium heat. Do not boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the peppermint syrup and white chocolate sauce, if using.
Pour the strong coffee into your favorite mug.
Carefully pour the white chocolate peppermint milk mixture into the mug with the coffee. Stir well to combine.
Top your mocha generously with whipped cream.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the whipped cream for the finishing touch.
Notes
Anya suggests using high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, use less milk or add another shot of espresso.
Adjust the peppermint syrup to match your preference for mint intensity.
For a richer drink, warm the milk with a splash of heavy cream.
